  • Can I customize my box?

    At this time we do not offer substitutions or changes, but we are already in the works on creating new menu items. Keep up with us on social media for announcements and new products and collaborations.

  • I'm not sure if I should order one or two box.

    One box could certainly feed two people, but if you don’t like to share (😂) we recommend considering ordering two boxes. It might be good to think about what you normally order at your favorite Sushi restaurant to get an idea of what you can handle!

  • I have a specific allergy. Can you help me?

    As we are a ghost kitchen, our operations involve shared cooking and preparation areas, and food variations may occur due to differences in suppliers, ingredient substitutions, recipe revisions, and/or preparation at the restaurant. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely free of allergens. Please check out our allergen guide for more information.

  • Do you offer catering for large groups or parties?

    We definitely offer a more customized catering menu for large groups or other social events. Please email kelsey@salernogroup.com with details of your event, date, how many people, and other pertinent information.

  • What areas do you deliver to?

    Right now our radius of delivery is based on our 3rd party apps: Doordash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats. Alternatively you can always do takeout and take it anywhere you’d like! Use the menu above or call us at 216-294-1800.

  • When is your next Pop Up Event?

    Keep up with our Pop Ups page or our social media for the most up to date information. We’re always cooking up new events so stay tuned!
