“Sora, a ghost kitchen known for its Sushi takeout box, is opening its new pop-up restaurant at 1121 W. 10th St. in Cleveland's Flats, right next to Lago East Bank, its sister restaurant.

‘The ghost kitchen concept changed the landscape," said Fabio Salerno, chef and owner of Lago East Bank and Sora. "It’s been a tough year for the dining industry, and this business model allowed us to focus on providing quality product and build a brand with a visceral impact. The response from our community has been instrumental.’”
